Initiative

I have thought about initiative and in light of yesterdays game it will be as follows for next game and thereafter unless we find a better way :

I will roll initiative for my go as GM
Players roll initiative
Initiative is set for that combat scene
We will not have the clockwise initiative anymore .
You may hold your action to preform an action at any time in that turn after you would have gone.
Or you may move first next turn (that then becomes your default place in initiative)
